We are located in Derries Lower on the outskirts of Killeshandra Town, perfect for visitors looking to stay in Killeshandra, County Cavan.

Accommodation 

We have 3 ensuite bedrooms upstairs. 

The bedrooms are situated under the roof,

so there are low ceilings.

You need to watch that you do not bang your head!

We have a breakfast room and a sitting room for guests.

Parking is available for guests.

 

 

Additional Information

 

We are a Bed & Breakfast, there are NO FRIDGES OR MICROWAVES in the rooms. NO WASHING MACHINE OR KITCHEN to use.

 

We have a "VACATE THE PROPERTY" policy during the day. We would prefer if guests DO NO REMAIN IN THE PROPERTY ALL DAY.

 

Please note there are NO DIRECT PUBLIC TRANSPORT links to our property and NO TAXI SERVICE in Killeshandra.

 

A CAR IS ESSENTIAL - we are 3.4km from Killeshandra Town, a 6 minute drive by car or 50 minutes on foot.

 

WE DO NOT ARRANGE TRANSPORT FOR GUESTS TO REACH OR LEAVE THE PROPERTY.

Breakfast

Breakfast (cereal, yoghurts, fruit, full cooked breakfast) is included in the price.

Let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary

restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

There are lots of tourist attractions in and around the area of Killeshandra and Co Cavan and the neighbouring counties.

Pets?

We are strictly NO PETS. 

However, please be aware that we have our own dogs in our private living areas. They are not in common areas or near guests, I simply mention this to make people with dog allergies aware that there are dogs in the property.
