We are located in Derries Lower on the outskirts of Killeshandra Town, perfect for visitors looking to stay in Killeshandra, County Cavan.

Accommodation 

We have 3 ensuite bedrooms upstairs. 

The bedrooms are situated under the roof, so there are low ceilings.

You need to watch that you do not bang your head!

1 double bed and 1 single bed.

1 double bed.

Room 3

3 people

1 double bed and 1 single bed.

 

Check-in time:- 4pm

Check-out time:- 11am

 

We have a breakfast room and a sitting room for guests.

Parking is available for guests.

 

Breakfast

Breakfast (cereal, toast, full irish) is included in the price.

Let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary

restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

There are lots of tourist attractions in and around the area of Killeshandra and Co Cavan and the neighbouring counties.

Pets?

We are strictly NO PETS. 

However, please be aware that we have our own dogs in our private living areas. They are not in common areas or near guests, I simply mention this to make people with dog allergies aware that there are dogs in the property.
